Tracey Tatum

Tracey Tatum is the Director of Salesforce Administration at Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), where she leads the strategic implementation, optimization, and governance of the Salesforce platform to support the organization’s mission to end impaired driving.

With a deep understanding of nonprofit operations, Tracey oversees system integrations, data architecture, user training, and process automation—ensuring Salesforce empowers MADD’s field teams, victim services, fundraising, and advocacy efforts. Prior to joining MADD, she developed her technical and operational expertise through roles at several non=profits. Tracey holds three Salesforce certifications, which complement her passion for leveraging technology to amplify social impact.

Tracey holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and Management from the University of Texas at Dallas, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of South Florida, and also studied at Simon's Rock College for two years. Her background uniquely positions her to bridge technology and mission in meaningful, scalable ways.
