Maryana’s expertise in intercultural communication, adult education, and conflict resolution directly supports Youbilee’s mission to dismantle systemic barriers and empower individuals and nonprofits. Her commitment to collaborative problem-solving and lifelong learning enriches Youbilee’s initiatives in housing and community development, digital equity, policy development, and community engagement. She is one of the lead developers of the Simon’s Rock Village program (www.SimonsRockVillege.org). Residing in San Diego, Maryana brings a global perspective and a deep dedication to building a future of shared prosperity.

Maryana is an experienced advocate, social science researcher, educator, and mediator with a passion for advancing equity and opportunity. A graduate of Simon’s Rock College (’85), she holds Master’s degrees in both Human Resource Development and Intercultural Relations, and completed two advanced certificates from the Project on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. Maryana’s career spans social science research, English as a Second Language (ESL) teaching, program administration, and transformative mediation training and consulting. As the owner of ReSolutions Mediation & Consulting in San Diego, she has helped diverse communities and organizations navigate conflict and foster inclusive environments.
