Legal Practice – Focusing on finance law, wills, and trusts.

An entrepreneur, airline pilot, and licensed California attorney, Jayme brings a rare blend of fiscal rigor, legal acumen, and operational savvy. Before joining the nonprofit sector, he launched and led one of California’s early licensed cannabis dispensaries—experience that honed his expertise in highly regulated, cash‑intensive environments and now informs his stewardship of complex grant, donor, and earned‑revenue portfolios.

Jayme guides Youbilee's long‑range financial planning, budgeting, and multi‑year forecasting processes. He implements the nonprofit's internal controls and GAAP‑aligned accounting policies. A key component of Jayme's work with Youbilee is overseeing the Board of Directors, funding agencies, and donors to translate our shared mission into sustainable financial goals.

Outside the office and cockpit, Jayme volunteers as a pro‑bono counsel and enjoys getting to the Sierras.
